ROI White Papers - a companion document to our ROI Case Studies
- An ROI White Paper focuses on the overall value proposition of the client's solution (vs. a Case Study focusing a single customer's experience implementing the client’s solution). The solution typically represents new or emerging technology deployed by a specific customer type or within a specific industry segment.
- An ROI White Paper represents the collective knowledge, expertise and insight from the thought leaders within the client's organization on the solution topic covered in the Paper. The information for the Paper is compiled from focused telephone interviews with targeted individuals at the client's organization (client's in-house thought leaders), as well as from any supporting documentation that the client provides.
- An ROI White Paper includes a business case (ROI) that presents the financial return that the typical customer would achieve for the investment made in the solution. Testing and validating the business model (an option) involves CSF interviewing the client's customer(s) and/or prospect(s). These interviews could be presented in the Paper where the company(s) interviewed would have the option of being referenced by name.
- ROI White Papers are used in sales situations to provide prospects with an understanding of the solution in terms of its monetary business value.
- ROI White Papers are about 7-8 pages in length (about 2500 words). The client owns the copyright to the document, controlling the publishing and distribution.
