An ROI White Paper start with an agreed-upon document outline covering the
objectives, topics to be addressed, and the content to be included, along
with the messaging coverage, benefits/results emphasis, themes highlighted,
audience focus, writing style, and more.
The content for an ROI White Paper is based primarily on interview discussions with your in-house experts, supported in some instances with interviews with customers. If customers are interviewed, they are typically not identified by name in the white paper because a scenario is usually a roll up of multiple (similar) customers.
Based on these interviews, we build the targeted business case scenarios to be used as the basis for the white paper. We work with you to fine-tune the business cases until they meet your targeted objectives for demonstrating how your solution financially impacts your customers’ bottom line.
ROI White Papers take 30 days to complete, once the interviews are finished and the business case scenarios are finalized. See examples.
