Who do we interview at the customer organization?
- We prefer to interview the highest level individual(s) at the customer organization with the most ‘hands-on’ experience and history with the application and with the implementation of the solution – this is typically someone in IT management and is usually not the CIO.
- The interviewee should be someone who made the business case for the solutions, who is responsible for the business results, and now has an active interest in measuring the financial return and in validating the project successes.
