ROI Case Studies Format Options

From the customer interview, the document can be written and produced one of four (4) ways:

  1. As an ROI Case Study where the customer profiled is identified.
  2. As an ROI Case Study where the customer profiled is not identified by name, but by the industry they represent (ie. large Midwest Insurance Company, etc.).
  3. As two documents: a Success Story and a ROI Business Case: The success story (customer approved) would be for general distribution. The business case (customer agrees with results but will not allow distribution) would be for the vendor’s ‘internal use only’ and used as a speaking document.
  4. As a Success Story with no ROI business case on the customer. Instead, in an appendix, present a typical ROI business case scenario (not customer specific) for the solution in the vertical industry profiled in the success story.
