Customer Review

  • As part of the customer’s review of the Case Study write-up, we will spend 20+ minutes on the phone with the customer to go over how the financial metrics that appear in the document were determined.
  • We will present our assumptions to the customer, and make sure the data points used are acceptable. With their feedback, we fine-tune the business analysis until all financial metrics that appear in the Case Study are approved by the customer.
  • Our credibility with the customer is based on our clear, consistent, impartial, repeatable process and rigorous methodology that is totally defensible, especially when it comes to quantifying the indirect benefits.
