Case Study Deliverable - Overview
- Our typical Case Study is about 5 to 6 pages in length, approximately 2,000 words - including the main text; summaries; callouts and QUOTES; charts and illustrations.
- Document length, focus and final format are designed to accommodate the technology vendor commissioning the Case Study.
- The Case Study typically presents the customer’s business challenges, underlying business implications, how the solution worked, why it worked so well, impact, benefits, results, and value.
- Incorporated into all ROI Case Studies is a business case with a 5 year analysis that presents the quantitative business impact (benefits) the customer achieved as a result of investing in the solution. The business case includes a set of detailed financial metrics - ROI, net benefit, payback period, NPV, IRR, KPIs, etc.
- The vendor commissioning the Case Study owns the copyright, and controls the publishing and distribution.
